Sourcing Standards & Verification

Jakarta, 2024 — The Orafe methodology document describes the procedural framework applied from raw material sourcing through to finished batch release. Version OR-MET-04 is the current operative revision.

01 — The Process

From supplier selection to finished lot release

01

Supplier Selection

Regional supplier evaluation

Active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards across Southeast Asian and European mineral-rich regions. Each candidate supplier undergoes a documentation audit before any ingredient is introduced into the Orafe formulation cycle.

02

Formulation Calibration

Elemental concentration mapping

Ingredient ratios in the Orafe daily complex are calibrated against daily reference intake values established in published nutritional research. Elemental concentration is reviewed on a quarterly basis. Where updated research indicates a recalibration is appropriate, the formulation document is revised and archived with a new reference number. The formulation does not inflate ingredient quantities for label impact.

03

Production & Coding

Batch assignment and lot records

Each production run is assigned a unique lot reference code at the point of manufacture. The lot code links the finished product to its raw material origin certificates, processing records, and the formulation revision document operative at the time of production. Lot records are archived in the Orafe documentation system and are available on written request.

04

Independent Verification

Third-party batch testing

Ingredient profiles in Orafe supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy before release. The independent verification covers elemental concentration analysis and serves as a cross-reference against the stated composition on packaging. Results are archived per lot.

05

Labelling Review

Compositional accuracy and regulatory compliance

Before any lot enters distribution, the packaging label is cross-checked against the archived lot record and independent verification report. Label content must accurately reflect the verified elemental profile. Orafe products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification, meeting compositional and labelling requirements.

06

Distribution Release

Lot release and cold-chain dispatch

A lot is released for distribution only after all five preceding steps are completed and documented. Distribution logistics maintain cold-chain handling protocols from the Jakarta facility to regional distribution partners. Chain-of-custody documentation accompanies all outbound consignments.

02 — Sourcing Geography

Where ingredients originate

Jakarta, 2023 — Following a formal supplier audit programme, the Orafe sourcing network spans six raw material categories across two geographic regions. Southeast Asian suppliers provide mineral-rich botanical extracts and regionally-sourced zinc compounds. European suppliers contribute standardised magnesium and vitamin D3 materials with documented chain-of-custody.

Supplier selection criteria include: food-grade facility certification, an available certificate of composition per lot, the ability to support chain-of-custody audit queries, and a documented revision history for their own processing standards. Suppliers are re-evaluated on a 12-month cycle.

Region A
Southeast Asia

Zinc compounds, botanical minerals, regionally-sourced micronutrients

Region B
Europe

Magnesium, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Selenium materials

03 — Verification Standards

What independent verification covers

01

Elemental Concentration

Each lot is tested for the active mineral content stated on the label. Zinc and magnesium concentrations are verified against the formulation specification in document OR-FA-04.

02

Label Accuracy

The verified elemental profile is cross-referenced against the printed label composition. Discrepancies result in lot hold pending re-analysis before any release authorisation is granted.

03

Contaminant Screening

Independent analysis includes a standard screen for heavy metal contaminants as part of the elemental profile review. Results are archived with the lot record documentation.

04

Certificate of Composition

Each verified lot receives a certificate of composition issued by the independent laboratory. The certificate references the lot code, verified profile, and analysis date. Available on written request from the Orafe archive.

05

Annual Formulation Review

The Orafe formulation document is reviewed annually. Reviews incorporate updated published nutritional research, supplier audit outcomes, and any elemental concentration recalibration indicated by previous lot verification data.

06

Archive Access

All methodology revisions, lot records, supplier certificates, and independent verification reports are archived in the Orafe documentation system. Batch records for specific lots are available on written request to the Jakarta office.
