01 — Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at orafe.info (the "Website") operated by Orafe, a nutritional food-supplement company registered in Jakarta, Indonesia ("Orafe", "we", "our", "the Company").
By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website. They do not constitute an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Orafe.

3.1 Nature of products
Orafe products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories. The Website describes these products for informational purposes only.
3.2 Wellness and nutrition information
We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
Information published on the Website relating to nutritional ingredient roles is drawn from published nutritional research for general informational purposes. Ingredient profiles in Orafe supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy. This information does not constitute personalised nutritional advice.
3.3 Accuracy of information
While Orafe endeavours to keep Website content accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free at all times. Product formulation, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. The Website may contain links to third-party sources which Orafe does not control and for which Orafe accepts no responsibility.
3.4 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orafe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any product purchased through it.
In no event shall Orafe's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Website exceed the amount paid by you for products purchased from Orafe in the three months preceding the claim, or IDR 500,000, whichever is greater.

You are permitted to view and print Website content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Website content without prior written permission from Orafe.
4.3 Trademarks
The name "Orafe" and any associated logos or marks displayed on the Website are trademarks or registered marks of Orafe. No licence is granted to use any trademark or trade name of Orafe without our express prior written consent.
05 — Governing Law, Disputes & Contact
5.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
5.2 Dispute resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by direct correspondence. Disputes should first be referred to the Orafe contact address below. Orafe will endeavour to respond substantively within 10 working days.
5.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
